Intake & Sessions

An initial, 30 minute consultation is available at no charge. Please call 503-896-4499 to set up a time.

Intake duration is 50 minutes. Regular appointments may be booked in 50 and 80 minute increments.

Fees & Payments

For clients paying out of pocket, I offer flexibility in my fees based on need and frequency of sessions. Please inquire if you want to discuss the options, including sliding scale.

I accept cash, checks and CashApp.

Billing your insurance as an out-of-network provider is offered. Please contact your insurance for more information about out-of-network provider options available to you.

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross, Providence, Optum, and United Healthcare.

Emergencies

I do not provide crisis services as part of my counseling services. Please know that if you leave a message on my voicemail, it may be 48 hours or more before you receive a reply (especially on the weekends).

If you are in crisis or are concerned about another person in crisis, please call the number below for the county you reside in:

If you reside in a county not listed, please contact the appropriate crisis line in your community or emergency services (911).
